Business audits, backed by evidence

See what's working.
Audit what's not.

VERSO IQ reviews the information you provide about your social media, storefront, team, and customer experience. It identifies weaknesses and opportunities and turns the findings into a clear action plan.

Choose an audit, add your evidence, and get prioritized findings with practical next steps.

Evidence

Every finding cites the post, page, or file it came from.

Priorities

Ranked by a published rubric, not a mystery score.

Action

A checklist you can track and re-audit against.

Four ways to audit

Pick the part of the business you want to see clearly.

Social media

Review what you publish, how often, and how people respond, then find the patterns worth repeating.

Examples of what it catches

  • Which post formats earn saves and comments
  • Gaps in posting rhythm across the month
  • Bio, link, and profile clarity
  • Captions that bury the call to action

E-commerce & website

Review your storefront the way a first-time buyer sees it, from landing page to product to cart.

Examples of what it catches

  • Product pages missing sizing, shipping, or returns info
  • Unclear value proposition above the fold
  • Weak or duplicated product descriptions
  • Trust signals that are missing at the moment of purchase

Team execution & operations

Review how work moves through your team using the documents, checklists, and notes you share.

Examples of what it catches

  • Recurring tasks with no clear owner
  • Handoffs that depend on one person's memory
  • Meeting notes with decisions but no next steps
  • SOPs that conflict with how work is actually done

Customer experience

Review what customers say and experience, from first question to delivery to follow-up.

Examples of what it catches

  • Repeated complaints hidden across reviews
  • Support replies that answer late or off-topic
  • Post-purchase emails that miss key information
  • Policies that create avoidable friction

Executive summary

We reviewed 24 Instagram posts from September (fictional sample) alongside an Insights summary. Behind-the-scenes Reels and how-to carousels clearly outperform product flat lays, yet flat lays still make up most of the feed. The most important fix is the path from interest to purchase: most captions have no call to action and the bio link points to the home page. Start by pointing the bio link at the shop and giving every caption one clear next step.

Confidence: medium. Engagement and reach patterns are clear and consistent, but this covers only one month and there's no sales data to connect content to orders.

What's working

  • Behind-the-scenes Reels earn the most attention
  • Educational carousels get saved
  • Customer reposts build trust

Fictional sample. Invented business and data, for illustration only.

Built on what you can show

Clear about what it saw, and what it didn't.

Every report lists its sources, what couldn't be retrieved, and the information that would make it more confident. No invented benchmarks, no revenue promises.

  • Cites evidence

Quotes are checked against your sources and marked when verified.

  • States limits

Blocked pages and missing data are listed in every report.

  • Ignores tricks

Instructions hidden in documents or pages are treated as data and flagged.

  • Labels estimates

Effort and impact are estimates, defined by a visible rubric.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What does VERSO IQ actually review?

Only the information you give it: public web pages it can retrieve from URLs you enter, files you upload (PDFs, screenshots, CSV exports, text), and notes you paste. Each finding cites the specific evidence it's based on.

Can it see my private Instagram analytics or my store's sales data?

Not directly. There are no connected-account integrations yet, and many platforms block automated access to profiles. Upload screenshots or exports of your analytics and VERSO IQ will review those.

Do I get a score?

No single score. Findings are ranked high, medium, or low priority using a published rubric, and every effort and impact rating is labeled as an estimate. We don't make revenue projections.

What happens if a website blocks access?

The report says so. Each source shows whether it was retrieved, partly retrieved, or blocked, and VERSO IQ won't draw conclusions from content it didn't receive. You can add uploads or pasted text and run a follow-up audit.

How are my files handled?

Uploads are checked for type and size, stored privately, and treated strictly as evidence. Instructions hidden inside documents or pages are ignored and flagged. Don't upload personal customer or employee data. Remove names and contact details first.

Can I check my progress later?

Yes. Mark each recommended action as not started, in progress, or complete. When you've made changes, run a follow-up audit with new evidence to see which findings were resolved.

Audit everything and leave nothing to chance.

Start with one area. Add what you have. Leave with a plan you can act on this week.
